Terms and Conditions
Please read and understand the following terms and conditions before placing an order.Thank you.
Please take not that the weapons will be made out of wood.
2. Please provide clear and detailed pictures of the weapon you would like to to commission. The most basic pictures I require are the front, side and back view of the weapon. The more the better. If your weapon is very detailed, please provide the clearest picture you can.You may draw it out and send it to me. This is to ensure that I can make the weapon as close as I can to the original.
3. There are some weapons that I may refuse to take on commission as I may not be able to make them. I do not want to create something that will disappoint you. I *would* want you to keep doing business with me, wouldn't I? =)
4. The more complicated the design, the more expensive the weapon will cost.
5. Please e-mail me at JustinNgKC@live.com with the title "Weapon Commission" for the price quotations. They must include :-

Character Name (if applicable) :
Series Name (if applicable) :
Reference Pictures :
Other Statements :
Please give me 24-48 hours to get back to you as school may keep me busy.
2. We will then discuss the time required to complete the weapon. I advise you to order at least one month before the required date as I need time to complete the weapon and to also avoid any mishaps from happening. (eg ;not being able to make it on time, etc)
3. We will also discuss our time availability to COD.
4. Feel free to let me know of any additional details regarding the weapon (such as dimensions, colours etc etc) before I start work.
2. Meet ups are to my schedule's convenience.
3. You are required to make full payment for the weapons before I start work.
4. As for larger and more expensive weapons, I do allow payment to be made by halves. A 50% deposit is to be made before I start work and the other 50% is to be paid after I have completed the weapon.
5. If you are to cancel or back out of the order, there will be a fine of 50% of the price paid for the weapon.

2. I can meet up at other places that are not listed too. That is if it is convenient for me. Let me know where you'd like to meet up and I'll try considering it. No promises though.
3. Once we have made an arrangement to meet up, please show up and on time. If there are any last minute changes in plans, please inform me at least 24 hours prior to the meet up.

1. As I will not be posting out the completed weapons, there will be no additional postage charges added to the quotation provided. The price quoted will be the final price you need to pay.2.
